This entire trekking routes takes 8 to 13 days from Kathmandu – Pokhara – Annapurna Base camp – Pokhara, it is Northen side of Nepal and located on 4130 meters up from the sea level. Annapurna base camp trekking is also very interesting because this journey also covers one of the beautiful city called Pokhara. There are few different trails to be in Annapurna base camp until Tadapani. The best route is Annapurna base camp via poon hill which is one of the best  and closest view point to Annapurna range with greatest sun ruse from the Annapurna Himalayan ranges.  Stunning views of Machapuchre , Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri is another attraction of the Poon hill trek.

Instead of staying over night in the Annapurna base camp 4130 Meters trekkers also prefer to stay overnight in Machapuchre base camp 3700 Meteres up from the sea level and next early in the morning trekkers can trek up to the Annapurna base camp for more or less one hour , enjoy the view of massive Annapurna, Sun rise into the Mt.
