December to February.
During this period this period is Winter in Nepal so it must be very cold and some of the lodges during the trek are close specially in Dharmasala which is before the pass. So from Middle of December to middle of February is not recommend to do this trek.
March to May
This month especially Rhododendrons starts to bloom, crystal clear lakes are melt. Villagers and owner of the lodges will return, There may be the occasional snowfall in up hill or in high altitude , by mid May it is getting warm at the starting and ending points of the trek, this season is recommended for the Manaslu circuit trekking route.
June to September
clean Air and trees, Green mountain, This season is raining season in Nepal so thie time of the year is also not very perfect to do this trek. Slippery trails due to the rain, land slides, small streams will be flooding with huge water and can be difficult to pass, So this time if the year is also not recommended to the Manaslu trek
October and November until mid December,
This time of the year is the best time to do the trekking in Manaslu circuit trekking route. It is neither hot or nor cold, The sky during the trek is blue and clear almost all the time. Views of the snow caped mountains are perfectly clear and stunning. Green and clean trails will make the trekkers to enjoy each moment, All the tea houses and lodges are open. - 2 quick drying long base layer shirts.

Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu to Sotikhola (710)
Day 02: Soti Khola to Machha Khola (900m)
Day 03: Machha Khola to Jagat (1410m)
Day 04: Jagat to Deng (1920m)
Day 05: Deng to Namrung (2700m)
Day 06: Namrung to Lho (3180m)
Day 07: Lho to Sama Gaun (3530m)
Day 08: Acclimatization day at Sama Gaun, hike to Manasulu Base Camp and return.
Day 09: Sama Gaon to Samdo (3780m)
Day 10: Samdo to Dharamsala (4480m)
Day 11: Dharmasala to Bhimthang (3700m) via Larkya La Pass (5100m)
Day 12: Bhimthang to Tilje (2300m)
Day 13: Tilje to Jagat or Syange (1100m)

This route is getting famous every year. Since few years back Manaslu circuit trekking route was not very famous and tea house was not built so the trekkers have to arrange camping trek for this route.
